我国成功发射“中星1E”卫星
A satellite was launched into space from the Wenchang Space-craft Launch Site yesterday in Hainan Province. Lei Shuran has the story.
昨晚（9/13），我国在海南文昌航天发射场 使用长征七号\改运载火箭，成功将"中星1E"卫星 发射升空。记者雷舒然带来更多详细报道。

The satellite, Zhongxing-1E, was launched at 9:18pm by a modified version of a Long March-7 carrier rocket, and successfully entered its planned orbit. It will provide high-quality voice, data, radio and television transmission services. 
北京时间2022年9月13日21时18分，我国在文昌航天发射场使用长征七号改运载火箭，成功将“中星1E”卫星发射升空，卫星顺利进入预定轨道。该卫星主要用于为用户提供高质量的话音、数据、广播电视传输服务。

We have specified multiple plans and schedules into each day, or even hour, and this has reduced the working time by more than 30 percent.

It marked the fourth mission flight of the new-generation medium-sized launch vehicle. The launch technology process for the rocket type was reduced from 32 days to 26. The chief designer of the rocket said the streamlined process was the basis for more frequent satellite launches.
这次发射是新一代中型运载火箭（长七A火箭）执行的第四次任务。该型火箭的发射技术流程从32天缩减到了26天。对此，该型火箭总设计师说，发射流程的简化是更频繁地发射卫星的基础。

2.HONGQIAO INT'L CBD ATTRACTS MORE INVESTMENT
前8个月上海虹桥国际中央商务区引资近1200亿元，今发布最新产业发展规划
68 projects in the biomedicine, digital economy, and new energy industries will be built in the Hongqiao International CBD area at a combined budget of 33.8 billion yuan. The area has already attracted nearly 4,000 trade companies and 60,000 private enterprises. Zhang Yue tells us more.
"潮涌浦江 投资上海"全球分享季期间，虹桥商务区新签约68个项目，总投资338.74亿元，涵盖数字经济、生物医药、新能源、时尚消费等重点领域。截至目前，已累计吸引近4千家贸易企业，6万多家民营企业。记者张乐带来更多详细报道。

A Shanghai government official said the Hongqiao CBD will serve as an international hub for headquarters, conventions【大会】 and exhibitions, trade, and high-end services. Within the next two years, an operational subsidy【补贴】 of up to 30 million yuan will be available to companies with a corporate headquarters to attract talents from around the world and facilitate international cooperation. 
一名工作人员称，虹桥商务区将成为企业总部、会议和展览、贸易和高端服务的国际枢纽。在未来两年内，将给予综合型企业总部最高3000万元的营运专项补贴，以吸引世界各地的人才、开展国际商务合作。

Construction of the Hongqiao Online New Economic Ecological Park started today. Park officials said they will be looking to attract companies in artificial intelligence, digital health, and online sales. The online economy is expected to surpass 500 billion yuan by 2025. 36 global organizations and institutes including KPMG and Manpower Group have been invited to set up offices in the park. 
虹桥在线新经济生态园也在今天（9/14）启动建设。园方表示，他们将着眼于吸引人工智能、数字健康和在线销售等领域的公司入驻。力争在2025年，商务区在线新经济规模突破5千亿元，生态园已经邀请包括毕马威会计师事务所和万宝盛华集团的36家机构入驻园区内。

3.IRAN SAYS IT HAS COOPERATED WITH IAEA ON 3 UNDECLARED SITES
伊朗：已配合IAEA调查“未申报地点”发现的铀痕迹
A spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran said the country has already cooperated with the International Atomic Energy Agency on the monitoring of three undeclared【未申报的】 sites. Last week, the International Atomic Energy Agency pushed Iran to provide credible answers about documents provided by Israel, that detailed radiation signatures at three undeclared sites. Iran called on the IAEA to refrain【避免】 from judging and commenting about Iran’s nuclear program based on "politically motivated" documents generated by Israel. On Monday, the Iranian Foreign Ministry said that the United States must show that it will abide【遵守】 by international norms in order for the Iranian nuclear deal to be reinstated【恢复】. Recently, the European Union has submitted a final set of documents to rescue the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
伊朗原子能组织发言人表示，伊方已经配合国际原子能机构调查了三个未申报的地点。上周，以色列提供的文件详细说明了三个未申报地点的辐射特征，国际原子能机构敦促伊朗就此文件给出可信的解释。伊朗呼吁国际原子能机构不要根据以色列出于"特定政治目的"提供的文件来判断和评论伊朗的核计划。周一（9/12），伊朗外交部表示，美国要证明自己会遵守国际准则，才能重回伊核协议。最近，欧盟向协议相关方提交了一份关于恢复履约的"最终文本"。
