Yeah, quite often. As an early riser, I rarely get out of bed late. Uaually I hit the sack at around 10 PM and my typical day starts at 6 AM. In the past, I used to have a bad habit of getting up pretty late but then I felt like I had wasted too much time sleeping so I made an effort to change it.

In the past, I used to work in low efficiency in my fresh year. Sometimes I had to work overtime till the deep night to catch up the deadline. I decided to change it. For one thing, I pushed myself to get rid of staying up late by turning off the iPhone and hitting the sack at around 10 PM so that I could start my day at 6 AM when I’m full of energy. For another thing, I planned the orders of different tasks according to their urgency and importance, and I finished both urgent and important things firstly, and those opposite ones finally. In other words, I practiced managing my time efficiently. For example, I replied to those complaint emails once I noticed them, however, I completed the inner environmental satisfaction survey on the last valid day, which did help to improve my production. What’s more, I even got a promotion and my boss asked me to share my experience with those new fresh ones. Now I can control my beat and handle my job easily and I seldom stay up late for my job.
