加法

3+2等于多少？ What's 3 plus 2?

3+2=5 3 plus 2 equals 5.

看，多来了2只鸟，一共有多少只？ Look! 2 more birds came. How many birds are there in all?

原来有3只，所以共有5只。 There were 3 birds already. So there are 5 bird all together.

如果我们写成数学公式的话，就是3+2=5. If we write it in a number sentence, it's 3+2=5.

5是3加上2. Five is two more three.

减法

5-2=？ What's 5 minus 2?

5-2=3 Five minus two equals three.

从5那里拿走3，现在还剩2只鸟。 I'll take away 3 from 5. 2 birds are left now.

乘法

分数
