(Mr Brown is seeing a physician for his diarrhea trouble at thehospital .)
A:Good morning, sir .What's the matter with you? You look pale .
B:I have had loose bowels .
A:When did it start ?
B:The first time was at about one o'clock this morning.
A:Any vomiting ?
B:Yes, two times .Last night I felt rather unwell .I felt a dull painin the stomach . Then I felt like vomiting. So far I have had fivemotion .
A:What did you eat yesterday ?
B:I was invited to a banquet in a Chanese restaurant . I enjoyed theChinese dishes very much. I had a big dinner .
A:How long after the dinner did you feel sick ?
B: About three hours .
A:Do your bowels usually act properly ?
B:Yes , It seems that I never had such a trouble before .
A:How are you feeling now ?
B: I feel tired.
A:Lie down on the couch there Let me examine your belly.... Does ithurt when I press here ?
B:Yes ,a little But last night it hurt a great deal .
A:Are you working here or just a tourist ?
B:A tourist .I'll stay in China for twelve days .
A:I see. I think you'd better have a few tests .
B:That is OK .

A:Here is the prescription. First you need to have fluid infusion atthe hospital .Then take all the medicines as instructed ,please.Drink some water with a little salt and sugar and eat some lightfood for a few days .If you feel unwell again, come back to thehospital at once.
