I must complain about a very terrible experience when I wanted to buy a pair of headphones online. Such a product costs around 2000 RMB, so I needed to carefully make the decision before spending the money. I searched on various online platforms to get familiar with products I was interested in and finally carefully decided to buy a pair of headphones from the Sony brand. I still remember that I was so excited when I clicked the buying button.

During the first few days when I was waiting for my headphone, I opened the app and checked the delivery status several times a week. However, it always showed not been delivered yet. I was confused and called the store, and the store told me that they currently did not have the product in the store and they needed me to wait for another two weeks. I was really annoyed, complaining that they should tell me in advance and shouldn’t post the product online if they didn’t have it.

They apologized to me very patiently, but it was still hard to calm me down because I really cared about this pair of headphones and had spent a lot of money. Finally, I recognized that yelling and complaining could not solve the problem, and the only thing I could do was wait. Later, after two weeks, I managed to receive the headphone, and I basically use it every day as I just love this product a lot.

This experience was not so good, but it let me know that when facing issues that we had not expected, calming down and finding solutions is much better than just complaining.
