国际航班有序恢复探亲旅游商务集中出行

Outbound【驶向外国的】group tours resumed today to 20 countries, including Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia. All tour groups were suspended three years ago when the coronavirus pandemic began. Four tour groups departed from Shanghai today. Tang Xiaofan has the details.

自疫情爆发后时隔三年，今天（02/06）我国出境团队旅游业务正式重启，试点国家名单包括泰国、印度尼西亚、柬埔寨等20个国家。今天，上海有3家旅行社的4个旅游团先后出发，开启出境游行程。记者唐晓帆带来更多详细报道。

At 8am, tourists were checking in at Shanghai Pudong International Airport. They were embarking on a six-day trip to PhuketIisland in Thailand. The tour comprised 24 members and was organized by Shanghai Spring Tour.

Health declarations are required for inbound and outbound travelers. Tourists are also asked to bring 10,000 Thai baht as some vendors【摊贩】don’t accept mobile payments in Thailand.

游客出入境都需要进行健康申报。由于泰国当地不少餐饮商店不提供二维码支付方式，此次首发团落地签游客，需要被要求带足1万泰铢的等额现金。

Tourist attractions in Thailand remain unchanged, but some exit and entry policies have changed. For individual travelers, they are required to present a hotel reservation confirmation when checking-in. They also need COVID-19 insurance and a 48-hour negative PCR test result before their return.

泰国的风土人情没有变，变化的是一些出入境的政策。例如自由行办理值机，要出示酒店的（预订）确认单，还要购买新冠保险，这个是泰旅局要求的。回程还要出示一个48小时的核酸阴性证明，这个都和以前不太一样。

In Guangdong Province, 6 outbound group tours with nearly 160 travelers departed from Guangzhou, including one group of 40 organized by Shanghai Spring Tour （Travel Agency）to Bangkok. The Thai tourism authority said more than 1,000 Chinese tourists were expected to arrive in Thailand today.

6个出境旅行团共约160名游客从广州出发，其中包括上海春秋旅游公司组织的一个40人曼谷的旅行团。泰国旅游局表示，2月6日预计将有超过1000名中国游客抵达泰国。

Outbound international passenger flights from airports in Shanghai are recovering after COVID-19 restrictions were lifted. According to Shanghai Airport Group, Pudong airport had flights to 41 destinations in 30 countries by the end of January. The airport had an average of 30 international arrivals and departures per day, a 20% increase compared to December last year. Lei Shuran has the story.

Spring Airline now runs 20 overseas flights per day on average, with most going to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Juneyao Airlines says international flights have returned to around 40% of 2019 levels.

2.RENJI HOSPITAL CLOSES WARDS FOR CRITICAL COVID PATIENTS

仁济医院新冠重症延伸病房今日关闭

The number of COVID patients being treated in hospitals nationwide has dropped below 100,000. Hospitals are responding by resuming elective【可选择的】surgeries and other medical care. At Shanghai Renji Hospital, all wards for critical COVID-19 patients were closed today. Tang Xiaofan has the story.

目前我国仍在医院接受救治的新冠感染患者人数已经降到10万以下，院方将通过恢复选择性手术和其他医疗护理，继续对患者做好分级治疗。今天（02/06），上海仁济医院新冠重症延伸病房正式关闭。记者唐晓帆带来更多详细报道。

63-year-old Mr. Zhao was the last seriously ill COVID-19 patient discharged from Renji hospital today. His blood oxygen saturation level was below 80 when he was sent to the hospital on December 29th. Due to underlying diseases, he also suffered septic【脓毒性的】shock and multiple organ failure while in hospital.

63岁的赵先生是仁济医院新冠重症延伸病房里的最后一名患者。去年12月29日被120送至仁济急诊时，赵先生的血氧饱和度低于80，还因叠加基础疾病影响，赵先生一度出现了脓毒血症、感染性休克，以及多脏器功能衰竭等症状。

The patient had a clostridium【梭菌】difficile【难对付的】infection, which is intestinal and difficult to treat. This usually happens in patients with low immunity or tumor patients. Doctors from different departments worked to diagnose and treat the patient. It’s really a tough process for the patient to recover and be discharged from the hospital.

出现了肠道感染“艰难梭菌”的感染，这个是比较棘手的。免疫力低下或者是肿瘤病人的情况下才会出现的，所以在这种情况下我们经过全院的会诊，经过种种险关，这个病人最后能到今天康复出院是非常不容易的。

This temporary COVID ward will once again be used for orthopedic surgeries. General practitioners, have also returned to their regular duties after helping treat COVID patients.

（赵先生出院后）该病区将完全恢复原病区功能，收治骨科手术患者。支援该病房的全科医生团队也将回归原先的医疗岗位。

Renji Hospital treated 91 seriously ill COVID-19 patents since December 29th aged 20 to 96. Nearly 88 percent of them were at least 60 years old.

3.2 MAGNITUDE 7.8 EARTHQUAKES STRIKE TURKEY

土耳其连续发生两次7.8级地震

Two 7.8 magnitude earthquakes struck south-eastern Turkey and Syria today,Tthe quakes’ epicenters were roughly 100 kilo-meters apart, in Kahra-man-’ma-rash province near the border with Syria. The first quake was at 4:17am;, the second at 1:24pm local time. Stephen Rancourt has more.

On both sides of the border, residents were jolted out of sleep by the predawn quake, and rushed outside into cold, rainy and snowy weather, as buildings were flattened and strong aftershocks continued. According to the United States Geological Survey, 18 aftershocks of 4.0 or higher were recorded after the earthquake this morning., 7 of them were greater than magnitude【震级】5.0. The Turkish Interior Ministry launched emergency rescue operations to the quake zone immediately. So far, 912 people have been killed, and more than 5,300 have been injured in Turkey;, another 326 fatalities【死亡】and more than 1,000 injuries have been reported in Syria.

All our governors are on duty now. Gendarmerie, security forces, Turkish Armed Forces, Disaster and Emergency Management teams, Red Crescent teams and search and rescue teams from many points of Turkey are being dispatched to the relevant regions.

Speaking at a regular news briefing, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning expressed China’s deep condolences【吊唁】and sincere sympathies to the bereaved【丧亲的】families. According to Mao, there have been no reports of any Chinese nationals killed or injured so far.
