Just enjoy this moment is something that I really want to cultivate but it takes a lot of awareness/efforts of just doing it without thinking about results. And it leads to no anxiety(I totally agree).
Wow,, I love this episode. Thanks for sharing. For me too many plans would disconnect me from the present moment. Everyday I want to learn new things, but it is no good to rush into the next thing that I've planed before. I will give myself some amount of flexibility of learning things deliberately
