We teenagers should always reflect on the past because self-reflection makes us become better. Through my own journey of growth, I have realized the importance of self-reflection in various aspects.

Reflecting on my performance at school, I have recognized my ability to stay focused. I make sure to plan my study ahead of time. By doing so, I can make the most of my study time and stay focused the whole time.

Additionally, I have noticed a weakness in my time management skills.To address this, I have started using a planner and also set reminders to stay on track.

I urge everyone, especially teenagers, to regard self-reflection as a means of self-improvement. By reflecting on our strengths and weaknesses, we can work towards becoming the best.
