I went to bed at 3 last night and woke up at noon today. Around 2 last night, I was super sleepy and tired, and I wanted to hit the hay, but I just couldn't stop scrolling through my phone. Even though I was physically exhausted, I still couldn't resist playing with my phone. I woke up at noon today, and I've been playing with my phone non-stop ever since.
I feel like I'm wasting time. I know I should be studying, but I haven't been. Plus, I really want to practice my spoken English, but I feel like I'm doing it all wrong.
