Have you ever controlled your anger and solved a problem better? While we are growing up, there are many times when we are angry. A lot of dangerous situations start with emotional loss.

Last year I quarreled with my sister and I was so angry that I wanted to pick up something to throw it at her. But I took a deep breath and tried to calm me down. If I threw some thing at her, there could be a dangerous accident. Finally, I communicated with my sister as calmly as possible, and we forgave each other.
