She keep going ,amid the sounds and thefury of politics?
Here’s how, it’s because she never, everforgets who she’s fighting for.
She’s worked to make it easier for fosterkids to be abopted.
For our 9/11 first responders to get thehealthecare they
deserve, for women around the world to besafe, to be
treated with dingnity, and to have moreopportunities.
Fights like these, they’re what keep mymother going. They grab
Her heart and her conscience and theynever, ever let go.
That’s who my mom is. She’s a listener anda doer.
She’s a woman driven by compassion,
By faith, by a fierce sense of justice anda heart full of love.
So, this November, I’m voting for a womanwho is my role model,
as amother, and as an abvocate.
A woman who has spent her entire lifefighting for families and children.
I’m voting for the progressive, who willprotect our planet from
climate change and our communities from gunviolence.
Who will reform our criminal justicesystem, and who
knows that women’s rights are human rights.
And who knowa, that LGBT rights, are humanrights-
-and around the world. I’m voting for afighter who never,
ever gives up. And who believes that we canalways do
better when we come together and we worktogether.
I hope that my children will someday be asproud of me
as I am of my mon. I am so grateful to beher daughter.
