bride price字面意思就是“新娘的价格”,这是旧时代的产物,给人的感觉女子出嫁就像是被标价出售了一样,带有偏见和歧视的色彩,真的得改改了。
可以改为bride gifts
= 新娘的礼物(给新娘家的礼物)
= 彩礼
