Life is a cycle

So many years ago

多年以前

I was a baby

摇篮中酣睡的我

Slept in a cradle

还是一个小baby

Learned how to walk

蹒跚学步

how to speak 

呀呀学语

cried for my mommy

哭着找妈妈

She was always there

她一直在我身边陪着我 

In those long nights

在那些漫漫长夜里

Said to me

总能听到她的绵绵细语

Don’t be afraid

别害怕

I’ll kiss you

妈妈亲亲

On your forehead

你的额头

Hold you in my arms

抱着宝贝睡觉

So many years later

I am a baby no more

当我不再是小baby

Became a mother

成为了妈妈
