成功并不完全归功于高智商 The success did not own to the high EQ
虽然高智商的人成功了 Even though the person with high EQ successed
但成功的人并不意味着智商很高 But it doesn't means the success man with the high EQ

有些人成功在于经验和努力 The successful is lies in experiences and hard working
有些高智商的人不能成功 Some high EQ person do not succeed

也许就在于他们没有依靠经验和努力 It may caused by without rely on expericences and hard working

情商和智商我选择智商 I will choice the EQ rather than IQ

因为情商是可以被培养的 The IQ can be trained

智商确是天生的 But the EQ is instinctive
情商用于处理事情或者和别人打交道 The IQ is used in dealing with things or other people
我只想专心学习并且做研究 I just want to concentrate on studying and do research
其它事情可以交给别人来办 Leave the rest to the others
