我一直都用的Ok, you win.
有些轻英语直接说成I follow you, 那只有中国人懂外国人不懂的俚语了。

“我服了你了”- You had me convinced. / I submit to you. / I yield.
“你服不服？”- Convinced? / Yield or no yield?
“我不服”，比较地道的说法是“I don't buy it”，即我不买你的帐。
