Questions regarding meals
1. What should the guide do if the tourists asks to have local food at their own expenses ?
The guide should help the tourists by recommending and contacting the restaurant .
If the meal is not in a designated restaurant , the guide should cancel the original meal and explain to the tourists that the inclusive service charge is non - refundable . If it is in the designated restaurant , the tourists only need to pay the difference .
一、有关吃的
1、旅游者要求自费品尝风味,导游员应怎么办?
应予与协助,推荐有关餐厅并帮助联系订餐;风味餐不在地接社指定的团队餐厅用时,要预先通过地接社退餐,且告之旅游者,原先餐饮安排的综合服务费不退;如果是在团队餐厅改用风味餐,旅游者则只需承担餐差。


2. What should the guide do If the tourists make special restaurants for food and beverage ?
If the requirement is in the reception plan , the local travel agency should book the meal as required and ask the local guide to confirm it in time . If the requst is imprompu , the local guide should contact the restaurant and try to make it happen . If it is really difficult , the guide may help the tourists have the meal on their own .
2.旅游者对饮食提出特殊的要求,导游员应怎么办?
如果所提要求在接待计划中已有写明,地接社在订餐时应予以落实,地接应该及时予以确认;如果是旅游者在用餐前临时提出,地陪应立即与餐厅取的联系,尽量设法满足,如确有困难,应向旅游者进行解释并表示歉意;必要时可协助旅游者自行解决有餐问题。
