3. What should the guide do if the tourists ask for extra dishes ?
The guide should explain to the tourists that they should pay the difference on their own . He / She should try to arrange it by calling the restaurant . If not possible , he / she should explain and apologize to the tourists .

4. What should the guide do if more than half of the tourists have symptoms of food poisoning such as vomiting and diarrhea after a meal ?
The guide should try to make someone with food poisoning vomit and promote excretion to reduce toxicity . They should also get anyone affected to drink more water . In the meantime , he /she should send the patients to hospital as soon as possible and get a diagnosis report for each person . Then he / she report to the travel agency and sue the restaurant .
4. 用餐后,旅游团中有半数以上的游客出现了上吐下泻的食物中毒症状,这时该团队导游员如何处理?
导游员应设法催吐,可以让患者多喝水以加快排泄,缓解毒性;同时尽快将患者送医院治疗,请医院开具诊断证明;要迅速报告旅行社并追究供餐餐厅的责任。
