第二讲四大功能句型 

我们说句子，自然是用句子来表达我们的交流需要，这一点共分为四类：陈述事实、提出疑问、传达命令、表达感叹。正对应了英语中的四大功能句型：陈述句、疑问句、祈使句、感叹句。

陈述句

肯定类 

结构：主语+谓语+… / 主语+系动词+表语 

The end of 2019 signals the beginning of a new decade. 

The Switch was the best-selling video-game hardware platform in the United States. 

否定类 

结构：直接加not / 加do/does/did，再加not

The Switch was not the best-selling video-game hardware platform in the United States. 

KFC has not become a Christmas tradition in Japan. 

This cannot explain the fact. 

The end of 2019 does notsignal the beginning of a new decade. 

I don’t know anything about the news. 

疑问句

一般疑问句

结构：Be(Am/is/are/was/were)+主语+… / 助动词/情态动词(Do/does/did/have/has/can…+主语+谓语+… 

Wasthe Switch the best-selling video-game hardware platform in the United States?

HasKFC become a Christmas tradition in Japan?

Does the end of 2019 signal the beginning of a new decade? 

Doyou know anything about the news?

Can this explain the fact? 

特殊疑问句

结构：特殊疑问词+一般疑问句

Why iseverybody snapping up these new earphones? 

How didKFC become a Christmas tradition in Japan? 

How much effort should we put into English? 

When did the news come? 

Where can I go? 

祈使句

肯定 

结构：Do型/Be型/Let’s型

Stop complaining. 

Be quiet for a while. 

Let’stalk in English. 

否定

结构：Don’t型/Let’s not型

Don’t stop learning English. 

Don’t be afraid of it. 

Let’s not doit. 

感叹句

What型

结构：What + 名词 + 主语+谓语+… ! 

构成方法：

It is a big house. 

What a big house it is! 

You have a big house. 

What a big house you have!

How型

结构：How + 形容词/副词 +主语+谓语+…!

The house is big. 

How big the house is!

You have decorated your house beautifully. 

How beautifully you have decorated house!
