第三讲三大倒装句型 

我们都听说过“鱼我所欲也”这样的话，显然这是用了倒装句，自然这是古文。但在现代汉语中一样，也是有这样的倒装句，比如“这样的天气我喜欢。”这样比比皆是的倒装句其实在英语里也是如此。本讲我们要谈谈这么常用的倒装句。

存在句

there be句型 

结构：there be/exist/seem/live/remain/+名词(to be)+地点

There are sharks in the ocean.

Once upon a time,there was a king. 

Once upon a time,there lived a king.

There existsa custom that people give gifts to newborn babies.  

There seem to me to be two possibilities. 

There remainsthe question of who pulled the trigger. 

区别：

The house has three windows. 

There is a cat in the garden. 

口语informal：

There are many people believe that porpoises will save drowning men. 

对比：There are many people who believe that porpoises will save drowning men.

部分倒装句

only引起倒装 

Only by changing how we live can we save the earth. 

Only by practice can we master English.

Not onlydid I hear the sound, but I (also) saw the accident. 

否定词引起倒装 

Little didhe realize how important this meeting was.

Little does he care about this. 

Not a single word did he utter to his friends. 

Seldom does he leave his hometown. 

Not untilI began to work did I realize how much time I had wasted. 

Never have I had any experience like that.

强调引起的倒装

This I believe. 

Fame and fortuneI don’t care. 

What he tried to tell me I didn’t hear. 

Return to that house I dare not.

全部倒装句

so引起倒装 

So am I. / So do I. / So have I. / So did I. 

I am a teacher. So am I. 

I love music. So do I. 

I have finished it. So have I. 

I went there. So did I. 

地点副词引起倒装 

Here comes the bus. 

There goes the bell. 

In the garden lay the little boy. 

From the valley came the scream. 

At the top of the mountain stood a great castle. 

He described it as “a very agreeable situation located within two small hills in the midst of which flowed a great river.”

强调引起的倒装

Starved and tired was the homeless child. 

Happy is he who dedicates his life to the emancipation of all mankind. 

Soon came the order to start the general attack.
