大家好，我是Dreamer。这是第一次为在节目中分享什么感到纠结，以往做节目，总觉得有很多很多想读给你们听的。总希望你们听了节目就能获得一点点勇气，一些些宽慰，哪怕仅仅是一段放松的时间。然而这次，在换了四五次选题之后，我终于意识到，或许我不能永远情商在线，不能随时都能能量饱满地火力全开。于是，我想起这首很多年前读到过的小诗。它那么普通，甚至找不到更多的作者信息。却在每一个我想要将负面情绪遮掩起来的瞬间，给了我卸下面具，静静地与普通的自己相处的机会。

I am not a graceful person.
我不是个优雅的人


I am not a Sunday morning or a Friday sunset. 
不是星期天的清晨也不是星期五的日暮。 


I am a Tuesday 2am. I am gunshots muffled by a few city blocks.   I am a broken window during February. 
我是星期二的凌晨两点，我是飘荡在几个街区中的模糊枪声，我是二月里破碎的窗户。


My bones crack on a nightly basis. 
每晚我的骨头都在炸裂。


I fall from elegance with a dull thud, and I apologize for my awkward sadness. 
我被一记闷拳打翻在地毫无优雅可言，我为自己局促的悲伤感到抱歉。 


I sometimes believe that I don't belong around people, that I belong to all the leap days that didn't happen. 
有时我觉得我从来没法和周遭融为一体。我属于所有没有发生的2月29日。


The way light and darkness mix under my skin has become a storm. 
黑暗与光明的组合方式在我的皮肤上记录下一场风暴。 


You don't see the lightning, but you hear the echoes. 
你没有看到闪电，但你听得到回声。


我们无法要求自己永远都做星期天的清晨和星期五的日暮，永远那样充满活力，被周遭的人喜爱，大多数时候，我们都是星期二的凌晨两点，为生活和工作苦恼、失眠、焦虑。但我们总是倾向于将这一部分自己隐藏起来，渐渐地，自己也忘记了其实自己只是普通人，或者说可以允许自己普通，允许自己将生活节奏慢下来。在任何一个时代，往往是普通人的力量主宰着时代命运，不似闪电耀眼，但你曾听到的回声都是他们踽踽独行之脚步的证明。好好地做一个普通人，就像将根扎在大地上的野草，在阳光得意时不争奇斗艳，在暴风骤雨时懂得蛰伏，寻常而有力量。


《野草》

Someone asked, "What has the greatest strength on earth?" The answers varied. Some said, "The lion." Some said jokingly, "The fierce-browed guardian gods to Budda." But nobody of course could tell how strong the guardian gods were.


有人问：世界上什么东西的气力最大？回答纷纭的很，有的说“狮”，有人开玩笑似的说：是“金刚”，金刚有多少气力，当然大家全不知道。


All the answers turned out to be wide of the mark. The mightiest thing on earth is the seed of a plant. The great strength which a seed is capable of is simply matchless. Here goes another story:


结果，这一切答案完全不对，世界上气力最大的，是植物的种子。一粒种子所可以显现出来的力，简直是超越一切，这儿又是一个故事。


The bones forming a human skull are so tightly and perfectly fit together that all physiologists or anatomists, hard as they try, fail to take them apart without damaging them. It so happened that, at the suggestion of someone, some seeds of a plant were placed inside a human skull awaiting dissection before heat and moisture were applied to cause them to grow. Once they started to grow, they let loose a terrific force to separate all the skull bones, leaving each of them intact. This would have been impossible with any mechanical power under the sun. See, how powerful the seeds of a plant can be!


人的头盖骨，结合得非常致密与坚固，生理学家和解剖学者用尽了一切的方法，要把它完整地分出来，都没有这种力气，后来忽然有人发明了一个方法，就是把一些植物的种子放在要解剖的头盖骨里，给它以温度与湿度，使它发芽，一发芽，这些种子便以可怕的力量，将一切机械力所不能分开的骨骼，完整地分开了。植物种子力量之大，如此如此。


This story may be somewhat too unusual for you to understand. Well, have you ever seen the growth of a bamboo shoot? Or the growth of tender grass from under a heap of rubble or rocks? Seeking sunlight and survival, the young plant will labour tenaciously through twists and turns to bring itself to the surface of the ground no matter how heavy the rocks overhead may be or how narrow the opening between them. While striking its roots deep into the soil, the young plant pushes its new shoots aboveground. The irresistible strength it can muster is such as to overturn any rock in its way. See, how powerful a seed can be!


 这，也许特殊了一点，常人不容易理解，那么，你看见笋的成长吗？你看见过被压在瓦砾和石块下面的一颗小草的生成吗？它为着向往阳光，为着达到它的生之意志，不管上面的石块如何重，石块与石块之间如何狭，它必定要曲曲折折地，但是顽强不屈地透到地面上来，它的根往土壤钻，它的芽往地面挺，这是一种不可抗的力，阻止它的石块，结果也被它掀翻，一粒种子的力量的大，如此如此。


Though nobody describes the little grass as a husky, its herculean strength is unrivalled. It is the force of life invisible to the naked eye. It will display itself so long as there is life. The rock is utterly helpless before this force----a force that will forever remain militant, a force that is resilient and can take temporary setbacks calmly, a force that is tenacity itself and will never give up until the goal is reached. 


没有一个人将小草叫做大力士，但是它的力量之大，的确世界无比，这种力，是一般人看不见的生命力，只要生命存在，这种力就要显现，上面的石块，丝毫不足以阻挡，因为它有弹性，有韧性，能屈能伸，不达目的不止。

不论在疫情期间，你觉得生活的节奏被打乱了也好，或者能够更加珍惜拥有也好，Dreamer希望我们都能真实且坦然地面对每一刻的自己，不论是脆弱的、骄傲的、焦虑的、恐惧的、还是平淡的，一切寻常的情绪都是自己的一部分，可以不喜欢，但请允许它们的存在。
