英语美文：Life is like a container

It's easy to go through life holding on to things that are weighing us down, guilt, resentment, doubt, worry. The problem is when we allow these things in, they're taking up space for the good things that should be there. 

生活中很容易执着于那些拖累我们的东西，罪恶感，愤恨，怀疑，烦恼。问题是，当我们允许这些进入我们的生活时，它们占据了本来属于好事情的地方。

Imagine your life is like a container. You were created to be filled with joy, peace, confidence, creativity, but if you allow worry in, it pushes out the peace. There's not space for both. You can't go above 100%. You have a limited amount of room. 
把你的生活想象成一个容器，你生来就是去容纳快乐，平和，自信，创造力的，但如果你允许烦恼进入，烦恼就会把平和推出去。它们无法共存。你不能容纳超过自身容量的东西。你只有有限的空间。

If you allow guilt to take up space, that's space that you don't have for the confidence you need. And the reason some people don't enjoy their lives, is because their container, their heart is contaminated with so many things. 
如果你允许罪恶感进入，你的自信心就会被挤出去。而有些人不能享受生活的原因，就是因为他们的容器，他们的心灵被太多事情污染了。
