friends I have that became police officers were of the most principled and disciplined of character; for them, a career with the RCMP was something they and their family felt a tremendous pride for. Also...Most Doctors don't live in mansions. What you "think" & what is " reality" are different.

There is plenty of data (housing, police, CJS, Social services etc) which shows there is systemic racism in the US. Sentiment aside, racism is a real and terrible fact of life for Black Americans.
