Practice
I haven’t played ping pong in a while. I need to brush up on it if I’m going to play again.
I haven’t done math since high school. I guess I need to brush up on it.
I need to brush up on my Russian before my trip to Moscow.
I take the bus sometimes. It helps me to brush up on speaking Chinese.
