Dear fellow students,
How's everything going? Welcome to China! I am Li Ming, the president of the Student Union of our university. Our union will hold a welcome party for all of you, and I sincerely invite you to join us. Here are the details:
Place&Date
The event will take place on 8 January, 2023, which is Friday. It will start at 7 p.m., and last for approximately 2 hours. Besides, it will take place at the Activity Centre, which is on the third floor of the Main Teaching Building.
Activities
The members of our association have been preparing some shows for you. Meanwhile, if you are interested in giving a performance, such as singing, dancing, playing instruments, etc., please feel free to reply to this mail, briefly describing your idea, and we will contact you for further arrangements.
