Co-Moderator - Valentina Severinova
is an Italian wine ambassador based in Moscow, Russia. Working as a sales manager of industrial packaging , 3 years ago Valentina decided to dive into wine. She has her own tasting club and teaches Italian wine at sommelier school, works as a buyer for distributors and helps them with portfolios. She is also a wine journalist and blogger, promoting Italian wines on the Russian market.
Guest Bio
Gian Marco Viano, born in 1986 in Aosta and raised in Ivrea, is among the first Carema producers part of this new generation of Canavese winemakers.
Previously a sommelier in starred and non-starred restaurants in Italy, in 2014 he began his new adventure as a winemaker, becoming one of the protagonists of this hidden area, that is extremely suited to wine production.
