坚持:替换insist
cling to: to remain devoted to or entrenched in something, often a belief or opinion.
In this ever-changing world, you can't just stubbornly cling to your old beliefs. 在这个不停变化的世界,你不能顽固地坚守你以前的一些想法。
adhere to: To believe in a particular idea or concept.
Sunny adheres to the belief that working long hours in the gym is the only way to lose weight.

stick to: Persist in or continue applying oneself to
I'm sticking to my opinion that Jack is fat.

努力:替换struggle
endeavor:To work to do or accomplish something.
After spending years endeavoring to earn my degree, today is my graduation! 经过多年的努力!今天我终于毕业了!
Sunny endeavored to lose weight.
Sunny真的非常努力在减肥。
strive after/for:to try very hard to obtain something.
I am always striving after perfection. 我总是追求完美。
I am striving for the best possible result. 我一直在追求可能的最好的结果。
do one’s utmost to:the greatest possible degree, extent, or amount

非常:替换very
exceedingly: To an advanced or unusual degree; extremely.
