这节课我们要学习如何给酒店服务台打电话提要求或者询问信息啦~
听之前我们先看一下这个问题:她问了哪三个问题呢?
Staff: Hello, reception, how may I help you?

Staff: Oh our breakfast is available from 6:30 to 9 am.
May: Ok thanks. Can you tell me what time does room service finish?
