旅游课程-住宿03-给服务台打电话

本期我们继续学习旅游英语系列，上节课我们已经顺利入住酒店了。那住进酒店之后，我们可以享受哪些酒店服务？或者我们的要求没有被满足，怎么办呢？ 

这节课我们要学习如何给酒店服务台打电话提要求或者询问信息啦~

听之前我们先看一下这个问题：她问了哪三个问题呢？

Staff: Hello, reception, how may I help you?

May: Yes this is May in room 1218, I’d like to ask about breakfast time.

Staff: Oh our breakfast is available from 6:30 to 9 am.

May: Ok thanks. Can you tell me what time does room service finish?

staff: Our room service is 24 hours ma’am. You can contact them by dialing ‘0’.

May: Great! Oh, Can I order a wake-up call please?

Staff: Sure. What time will you need your wake-up call?

May: at 7:30 am.

Staff: Okay. I’ve noted that for you. Is there anything else I can help you with?

May: No, that’ll be all, thank you.

Staff: No problem ma’am, have a pleasant evening.

Our breakfast is available from 6:30 to 9 am. 

我们的早餐在早上6点半到9点之间提供。

问什么时间有早餐呢？

问法1：I’d like to ask about breakfast time.

问法2：what time is breakfast available？

What time does room service finish?

客房服务几点结束？

Our room service is 24 hours ma’am. 

客房服务是24小时的哦，

You can contact them by dialing ‘0’. 

您只需要拨打0就可以了。

Can I order a wake-up call please? 

我可以预定一个叫早服务吗？

Can I order a wake-up call at 6 30 tomorrow morning please? 

我可以预定明天早上6点半的叫早服务吗？

第二段对话：Chris的房间怎么了？

Staff: Hello, reception, how may I help you?

Chris: Hi, This is Chris in room 1125. The water doesn’t run in the shower, and I think you didn’t clean the bathroom. There’s hair in the bathtub.

Staff: I’m really sorry about that sir, let me get someone to look at that right away!

Chris: Sure.
