Professor David Walker presently holds the inaugural BHP Billiton Chair of
Australian Studies based at Peking University (Beida). David took on the
position in January 2013. Next month he returns to Australia after a successful
three years in the post. David has been a major driving force in improving an
understanding of Australia in China.
