I play ball at Tiger’s house.
I hit the ball very hard.
我在老虎家玩棒球
我很用力的击球。
The ball flies next door.
球飞向了隔壁。
Uh-oh! The ball is in the spooky yard.
Maybe a monster lives there.
糟糕!球飞进了一个怪异可怕的院子,

I am brave.
I will get the ball.
I run.

I trip and fall.

A little old bunny hands me our ball.
“Thanks you,” I say.

“Tiger, there’s no monster there,” I say.

I ask my dad why it looks so spooky at the old bunny’s house.

“Mrs. Bunny is not feeling well. She has no one to help her,” Dad says.
“兔子夫人不舒服,没有人给她帮忙。”爸爸说。
“We can help Mrs. Bunny. We are critters who care,” I say.

I call my friends.
“What a great idea. We will help, too,” they say.

I make a picture for T-shirts.
Little Sister helps.
Dad gets them made.

We meet at my house.
Everyone wears a T-shirt.

Parents come, too.
We all walk. To Mrs. Bunny’s house.
爸爸妈妈们也来了。

I knock on the door.
Mrs. Bunny says, “Hello.”
“We are Critters Who care!
我敲门。
兔子夫人说:“你好。”
“我们是关心别人的小怪物!
May we help you with your yard?” I ask.
“Thank you,” says Mrs. Bunny.
我们能帮你打理院子吗?”我问。
“谢谢你。”兔子夫人说。
We clip the bushes.
We cut the grass.
我们修剪灌木
我们修剪草坪
We pull up weeds.
We trim the trees.
我们拔掉野草
我们修剪树木
Dad fixes the porch step.
Tiger’s dad fixes the shutter.
爸爸修理门廊台阶
老虎爸爸修理百叶窗
I blow away old leaves.
我呢把落叶吹走。
The house and yard look great!
房子和院子看起来好极了!
Mrs. Bunny brings cookies and juice for all.
I help carry them.
兔子夫人把饼干和果汁拿来招待大家。
我帮忙端过来。
We say good-bye.
“What should we do next?” I ask.
我们和兔子夫人说再见。
“接下来我们去干什么呢?”我问。
Little Sister says, “We can get toys for kids who don’t have any”
小妹说:“我们可以把玩具给没有玩具的孩子们。”
Everyone says, “Good idea!”
大家都说:“好主意!”
