Hey guys！！！！Welcomeback to English Panorama, this is your old friend Vivian. I miss you so muchguys! It has been a very long time.
Well, before the programme，I’m not sure whether this is the last time we can have a “chit-chat”here. Because I will “retire” from the radio station next term.
Anyway, I wanna let you guys know that thismaybe one of the most destructive disaster through the human history, but hopenever dies out, all the courage, all the persistence, and all the faith in uswill help light up this world again. So be strong, take good care of yourselfand your family.
真的好久不见了朋友们，不知道这是不是我最后一次在电台上跟大家见面，因为我下学期就要从电台退休啦，也不知道这期节目会有多少人听，但还是很感谢能够点进来听我说一些无聊的blablabla的朋友们，非常感谢你们的收听。
因此此次疫情的大面积席卷，我相信很多人的心情都或多或少受到一定的影响。我想说的是，不要让希望从我们的心尖流失，所有的勇气和坚持，以及我们内心怀揣的信仰都会重新照亮这个世界。所以一定要坚强，照顾好自己和家人们。
那今天呢，我想给大家介绍一个我高中很好的朋友，Danfoss，因为疫情期间大家也不能走街串巷，所以呢我想邀请他和我们来进行一场线上的云交流，Now let’s give him a call~
V：Hey，is this Danfoss?
D：Sorry, the numberyou have dialed does not in service, please check the number and dial again.
V: Hey， don‘t be silly, I know is you.
D：OK, fine. This is Danfoss, how’s itgoing?
V: Stuck inside, can’t meet people, what doyou think ? So bored!
D: Come on, you lucky dog, I got plenty ofassignments to be finished, I wish I was(can be) bored.
V: Really, you poor guy. By the way，you know I love Taylor Swift? Did you remember there was a time whenpeople like to gossip about the past between Taytay and Kanye?
D: You mean that controversial song“famous”, do you ?
V:Yeah, oh god! I don’t really wanna recallthose horrible things happened on my beloved girl. But have you heard about therecording leaked by one hacker which record all the conversations betweenTaytay and Kanye about that song?
D: Of course ,it’s big news! The recordinggives the whole social media a shock and all the netizens attacked Taylor beforeturn to get her back.
V:Yep, but today I don’t want to blame Kanye,I don’t want to give any comments on all those stuff triggered by that song, I amnot going to say who is right, who is wrong.
Because you’re not one of the partyinvolved, you will never know the truth. So I have no right to judge anybody. Andtoday, I just wanna talk about how the netizens’ judgements，or to be specific , some casual diss, can destroy one’s life, candestroy one’s belief system.
V:Yesterday, I just finished one incredibledocumentary Miss Americana, if you haven’t watch it, just go for it.

V: Yep, 中文译名就是《美国甜心小姐》，是一片由Netflix出品，泰勒主演的纪录片。Anyway, It records 3stages of Taytay’s artistic career, her ups and downs. At the beginning of thedocumentary, Taytay’s talent and outstanding albums win her uncountable amountsof awards: Grammy awards , American music awards, Academy of country musicawards and blablabla. People can’t show their love for Taytay too much.Everyone praises her at that time.
《美国甜心小姐》记录了泰勒演艺生涯的三个重要阶段，或者可以说是她人生中的一个重要转折点。在纪录片的开头，毫无疑问地，泰勒的天赋和才华以及她的努力为她赢得了一座座大大小小的奖杯：格莱美奖项，全美音乐奖项，还有什么ACM乡村音乐学院奖。
当时几乎所有米国人都喜欢它，所有人都在表达自己对泰勒的爱，都在赞美她。抱着木吉他努力唱歌的霉霉就像一个端坐在神坛上的女神级人物，那么完美，那么单纯，身后甚至散发着天使的光芒。至少在那时，很多人都这么认为。
但娱乐圈的游戏规则表明，当一个女明星红到极致的时候就是她跌落神坛的日子。紧接着，泰勒就迎来了她演艺生涯中最黑暗的一段历程，也就是众所周知的“famous”事件。可以说，这个事件确实挺“famous”把泰勒从美国甜心小姐直接变成了美国黑心小姐。
一时之间，#TaylorSwiftOverParty#的热点话题引爆了整个社交网站，几乎所有人都在指责泰勒，几乎所有人都认为她在撒谎，不论是一直在等待时机搅黄泰勒的黑粉还是那些前一秒还喜欢泰勒的人。

But all of it ended up with that “famous”event which make her a “fake” girl. In a minute, all the applause and theflowers turn into vicious abuse. People once promised to love her forever startto call her a “liar”. Just as it said in documentary, #TaylorSwiftOverParty# was the number onetrend on Twitter worldwide.
从众星捧月到众矢之的，网友对一个人的评价前后反差如此巨大，结果仅仅只是凭借一条无从考证的娱乐新闻，不仅让我的脑袋中冒出一百个黑人问号，莫非大家都是上帝视角，圣女本女？
但不论在这整个闹剧中到底孰是孰非，又或许它是否只是侃爷自导自演的一出好戏。大家似乎都偏离了问题的主要核心，也似乎都忘了Taytay的一个重要身份——她除了一个是才华横溢的艺术家，同时也是一个会喜怒哀乐的普通人。
其实在整个纪录片中，除了展示泰勒在荧幕前，在舞台上闪耀夺目的形象之外，更多的画面是她在工作室写歌到深夜的日常，是她对自我能力和自我价值经常性的拷问和冥想，也是她和家人一起聚会旅游的快乐生活。
所以，或许，我们是不是对这样一个日常生活和普通年轻人并无二异的女孩子强加了太多我们自己的想象，我们自作主张地在内心给她制定了一个完美的标准却又因为她达不到这个标准而气急败坏？而实际上是她确实并不完美。
But imperfection can’t be the reason we useto attack her, that’s not fair.
不完美并不能成为我们攻击她的理由，那样就太不公平了。

D: I think I agree with you. Celebritiesare always pretty and well dressed when they attend big events or grandceremonies. So when you see them on TV or YouTube, you're gonna be surprised byhow brilliant they are .But you gotta know: honored before men, suffered afterman, someone you see so bright comes from the efforts you never witness on thebackstage. Take one for example: Lady gaga, Lady gaga was nominated for theOscar best actress due to the perfect presentation in A star is born. BTW，Have you watched it?

D: Me, too .The movie tells about thejourney of Ally's music life, in which we can have a glimpse into the ups anddowns of a star's life. And you see, At some points of time, they reach thepeak of life, and also, sometimes down to the deep bottom，just like every other person, they got an indispensable need forfreedom of their life.
They got the right to be vulnerable, to be sensitive, tobe inactive(happy), to be themselves. Maybe there's gonna be frivolities(愚蠢的行为，可笑的表现） or messes when they're not in that kind of dresses , on that kindof occasions, but I think everyone has the right to be totally relaxed.

V: I guess even the god will burp or fart!
D; Yeah, I think sometimes people are toomean to celebrities.
V: I see you,艺人会拥有走向人生巅峰的时刻，也会拥有跌落谷底的人生低潮，所以他们同样也有掌控自己人生自由的需求，他们也会有欲望，会脆弱，会敏感，会低落，这一点一点特质的组成可能导致他们的为人处事，导致他们呈现在公众面前的形象不再那么讨喜，不再那么完美。这不才是一个人类所拥有的正常状态吗？so， don’t be too mean, people!!!
D: I propose it would be better to just focus on the works, thecompositions, and something the idol created and just keep a far distance awayfrom their life. Maybe the image they are wearing T- shirt and slippers on thestreet is not something favorable, but it's excusable. What we actually need todo is just to get closer to their works and leave more room to their lives. Ithink this is the right thing to do.
V：其实呢，大家不要误会，这期节目绝对不是在为那些私生活混乱不堪，做一些与表面人设大相径庭的龌龊勾当，或是利用名人的优势身份为自己谋取私福，败坏社会公序良俗等此类艺人（比如某罗性）正名，而是想告诉大家，只想通过一则中无从考证的娱乐报道和一张瞬间抓拍的照片去窥探一个人的人品，简直就是天方夜谭。
过多纠结艺人的私生活除了徒增你的八卦心态，对你的生活一点帮助也没有。那既然如此，何不把你的关注重心从她的个人生活转移到她的作品上，离他的生活远一点，离她的作品近一些。艺人不是圣人，意识到这一点，你家的房子就不会那么容易塌掉了。
还有就是，嘴下留情，多一点判断力，别说风就是风，说雨就是雨，天天打脸也是蛮痛的。
