When it comes to a super energetic person, I guess my boss from my internship/workplace would definitelyfall into that category (算得上).
Shetakes charge of (管理) the whole company, and is directly responsible for the most important sectors of the company. Although she is powerful and capable, she is stillapproachable (平易近人) and willing to help at any time. Without her, I don't think our business could runthis smoothly (进行得如此顺利).
Actually, I’ve always been very curious about how she keeps herself full of energy because apparently, she has been working hard all day for years. Gradually, as I got to know more about her, I found that she has a very healthy lifestyle. Her dietis tailored by nutritionists (由营养学家量身定制), which contains a diversity of proteins and vitamins. Apart from that, she also has a veryrecommendable (值得推荐得) sleeping pattern, going to bed early and getting up early. No matter how busy she is, she will always make sure that she gets 8 hours’ sleep. Also, going to the gym towork out (锻炼)every day after work is one of the great habits she has kept for years, and sometimes she asks if there is anyone in the office who wants to join her.
In my opinion, she is a really respectable person, and her self-discipline is very impressive because personally, I find it very challenging to manage so many things at the same time. Also, what she does every day actually inspires me and motivates me to improve my lifestyle.
