Action is what builds confidence. It doesn't start with belief. The real way, the real way for most of us is not to wait to believe, but to push ourselves to act and through the action, you will build the belief.
行动才能建立起信心，不是光有信念就可以的。对我们大多数人来说，树立信念的有效方法并不是等待，而是要推动自己去行动，通过行动，你将会树立起信念。
All the time people say, "Oh, look in the mirror and you'll see why you're not succeeding." I don't believe that. It's what you don't see in the mirror. That's what's holding you back. It's what you're not willing to see. It's why talent is not enough.
人们总是这样说：“照照镜子，你就知道自己为什么不成功了”。而我却从不相信这些话。你从镜子里看不到的东西才是你不成功的真正原因。这不是你愿意看到的，这也是为什么仅靠天赋是不够的。
