This was almost unheard of until the 21st century, but dating apps have made it a common occurrence.The major problem is that ghosting can be very harmful and can damage people’s mental health. It can lead to depression and a lack of confidence.
It’s very important that if you’re no longer interested in talking to someone, you explain why in a gentle way. If you find yourself being ghosted, don’t take it personally. Also, try not to keep communicating with the ghoster to look for answers. It’s better to release ghosters from your mind and focus on healthier relationships instead.
