You will never change if taking excuses such as I am just an average being and I can’t make it and taking no action.

The practice is a process where one goes from ignorance to enlightenment. Every step during this process is just as meaningful as the final result.

如果总是以“我是凡夫，做不到”为理由，

不去实践，那么自己就永远无法改变。

修行是一个从迷茫到觉悟的过程，

这个过程中的每一步都是有意义的，

不是只有最后那个结果才是有意义的。
