Suspected - not sure, but think something is this way or this reason
Prevent - To stop or not let
Counterfeiters - someone who makes counterfeit or fake things
Luxury - expensive or not needed but very nice, high quality, much better than normal
Sacrifice - to give up, lose
Medicine - drug taken to heal or change the state of the body
Packaging - the box or bag something is sold in
Distributor - an authorized manufacturer that distributes the products around China

Reading:
The next time you buy a product online, how sure can you be that you're buying the real thing?
Counterfeiters are now tricking buyers with websites designed to mirror real company sites. Besides fake luxury handbags or watches, people can even buy fake medicine or fake software from these websites.
In some cases, the fake websites with more pictures and products for sale even look more real than the actual website.
So what can you do?
1. Check the packaging
If it has any Chinese writing that is a bad sign unless it is being distributed in China in which case you can contact them.
Companies that might be counterfeited are large and powerful with a lot of money. If there are any problems or mistakes that is a positive sign it is fake!
2. Check the product, if the stitching or seals aren't perfect it must be fake. If there are any manufacturing flaws you have a fake.
3. Quality, if it breaks in less than 1 year you probably have a fake.
4. Price, if the price is too low it might be fake, although this is subjective because things are anywhere from 100% to a 1000% more expensive than America.
5. Check with the main company. The best way is to check with the company to find out what clear differences the original and counterfeit actually have.
