让我们来聊一聊原谅这件事。只要你一直无法做到原谅，你就会永远痛苦。
How can you be happy in this moment if you continue to choose to think angry and resentful thoughts? Thoughts of bitterness cannot create joy, no matter how justified you feel you are, no matter what they did. If you insist on holding on to the past, then you will never be free. Forgiveness of yourself and of others will release you from the prison of the past.
如果你继续选择生气、选择怨恨，此时此刻的你又能有多开心呢？无论别人做过什么，无论你自己多有理，痛苦的想法都无法带来快乐。如果你一直抓住过去不放，你永远不会得到自由。原谅自己，原谅他人，你就不会被你的过去囚禁。
