Huahua feels thirsty after afternoon nap, so she wants to drink some water.
“Pooh, why is the water bitter? Has mum added something else?”
“Oh, what’s wrong with you, fishes? Do you feel the water is bitter too?” Huahua finds the fishes try to jump out of the fish tank.
“Huahua! Huahua!”
“Huihui! What’s the matter?”
“Run away! The earthquake is coming! Trust me! We mice can see it!” Huihui says.
“Oh, no wonder the water is bitter and fishes want to jump out of the water! The teacher once told those are earthquake precursors.”
The house begins shaking when Huahua going downstairs to seek refuge!
“It’s too late! The teacher said we should hide in the corner or be under the table in this case.”
“Pa!” The basin is falling down.
“Yes! The teacher said the most important thing is to protect the head! The basin can help!”
Luckily the house stops shaking after a while. Huahua rushes out.
“Hurry up Huahua! It will save much time to take the lift.” Lele next door is going downstairs.
“No, we must go out through the safe passage!” Huahua says.
“Come here Huahua!” Huihui takes Huahua to the shelter, “It’s safe on the open flat ground.”
“Are you all right, Huahua?”
“I’m fine. Luckily, we have watched the safety education and exercised anti-earthquake drill. They work.”
“No wonder you are so calm! Great!”
“The teacher said we should keep calm when earthquake is coming. It won’t go wrong, if you do it as exercised.”
