一.原文:
Hello! I'mJadan. Welcome to Listen to a little English story about my life.
Yesterday, my mom took me to the mall and bought me a new pair of pants. It's a pair of cropped pants. The style of pants is casual and fashionable.
I wore the new pants when we got home. I followed mom's example, carrying a new bag over my elbow. And I walked around the rooms like a shopping mall. Mom dressed up as a salesclerk and say “hello” to me. She treated me as a customer and said kindly: “little handsome boy，can I help you？Then she took the necklace from her neck and asked me:“buy a bling-bling for your mom？”. I took the necklace and put it in the bag.
I walked around the room then came back again to my mom. I took the necklace out of the bag as a gift I had bought at the mall and put it on mom's neck. “My dear Jadan” said the mom happily:“you are so clever!”.
二.译文:
今天妈妈带我去商场给我买了一条新裤子，妈妈给我买了一条7分裤，裤子的款式休闲时尚。回到家里，我穿着新裤子，学着妈妈的样子，在胳膊肘上挎着一个新袋子，把屋里当做商场转来转去。妈妈装扮成售货员向我打招呼:“哈喽!”，她把我当成顾客亲切地说: “小帅哥，你需要买什么呢？”，然后从她脖子上取下项链问我“给你妈妈买一件珠宝首饰吧？”，我接过项链放在袋子里，在房间里转了一圈又回到妈妈身边，从袋子里拿出项链当作我在商场买的礼物戴在了妈妈的脖子上，妈妈高兴地说“亲爱的Jadan，你真聪明！”。
三.语法:
1.过去完成时和一般过去时的区别：
意义不同:
*过去完成时在时间上强调“过去的过去”，不可以单独使用，通常都是和一般过去时一起使用。
例句:I returned the book that I had borrowed.我已归还了我借的书。
(注: 主句是一般过去时，定语从句是过去完成时)
*而一般过去时只强调过去某一特定时间，是可以单独使用的。
例句: I visited my relatives during the Spring Festival.我春节走访了亲戚。
结构不同:
*过去完成时: had+过去分词
一般过去时: 动词的过去式
2.定语从句的引导词(关系代词)that:
that在定语从句中做宾语时可省略。例句: She is reading the book (that) she bought yesterday.
他在读他昨天买的书。
that在定语从句中充当主语时不可以省略。
例句: He prefers the toy that is on the table.
他更喜欢放在桌子上的那个玩具。
3.祈使句:
定义: 祈使句是表达说话人对对方的劝告、叮嘱、请求或命令等等。
特征:
*祈使句中省略了主语you；
*有时可在祈使句的句首或句末加上please，使语气更加缓和或客气；
*祈使句没有时态变化;
*祈使句不能与情态动词连用。
例句: Put the book on the table.
把书放到桌子上。
(注:有点命令的语气)
若如:Put the book on the table please.
(注:放在句末并用声调会显得更加客气)
四.动词搭配:
take…to…，带某人到某处
例:The teacher took us to the library.
老师带着我们去图书馆。
dress up as…，打扮成…
例:Little girls dress up as angels for fiestas.
小女孩们在节日里扮成天使的样子。
(注:fiesta 圣日,节日)
take…from…, 从某处拿取某物
例:He took a book from the shelf.
他从书架上拿了本书。
(从能看到的地方拿取某物,如书架上)
take…out of…, 从某处拿出某物
例:I took the key out of my pocket.
(注:从看不到的地方拿出某物,如口袋里)
