After meditating for 2 weeks, i happily found that (now) i could sleep like a baby睡眠质量很好 and recover恢复 a state状态 of peace and coziness舒适. since that time打那时起, i’ve been a fan of meditation.

I’ m going to talk about psychology which is one of the most important sciences in the world, many people are fond of it, u know, no matter the young or the elder, well, just take myself as an example, I’m a totally a big fan of psychology, like, whenever I get nothing to do, I’d like to watch some films about it to kill time.
If memory serves correctly, it was
I was really attracted by its interesting story.
Since that time, I started to like psychology.
In terms of how I learnt it, well, I’d read some books or watch movies about psychology, also I could turn to my teachers for help, maybe they will give me some advice about how to learn it.
Talking about why I interested in it, I have to say I suppose it could help me know a person deeply and also solve some problems.解决一些人际交往沟通中的误会问题 and deal with some serious problems, such as communication. So, that’s the reason why I am interested in this subject.
