One day, he prepared to release sheep and found one missing.
一天他准备去放羊时，发现少了一只羊。
There was a hole in the sheep pen. A wolf had crawled in through the hole and carried off the sheep.
原来羊圈（juan）破了个窟窿。狼从窟窿钻进来，把羊叼走了。
His neighbor advised him:"Hurry up repair the hole!"

But he said :"The sheep have been lost. What's the use of repairing the pen?" So he didn't heed the advice.
但他说：“羊已经丢了，再修羊圈有什么用呢？”就没有接受邻居的劝告。
Next day, He checked sheep and found another sheep was missing.
第二天早上，他到羊圈一看，发现又少了一只。
The wolf had crawled in through the hole again and taken another sheep.
原来狼又从窟窿钻进来，把羊叼走了。
He regretted not listening to neighbor's advice and quickly repaired the hole.
他很后悔没听邻居的劝告。就赶紧修补了那个窟窿。
From then, he never lost any sheep.
从此他的羊再也没有丢过了。
