It's that. It's always changing. Sometimes you're up. Sometimes you're down. I can tell you now. Be aware of that. Things are not gonna work out exactly right. Sometimes they will. Sometimes. And that's when life is just playing a game with you. 

变化从未停止。有时你在高峰，有时你在低谷。现在我就可以告诉你这点。你要记住它。事情总不会一帆风顺。有时候确实会很顺利，但也只是有时而已，这种时候命运只是在跟你开玩笑罢了。

I don't care how good you are. I don't care how talented you are. I don't care how much you work on yourself. There are some times that things just aren't going right. They just are not going to go right. And there are times when anything can happen, will happen. But during those down moments, that's where the growth takes place, That's where the work is. 

我不在乎你有多优秀，我不在乎你有多天赋异禀，我不在乎你为了提升自己付出了多少努力。有时候，事情就是不顺利，它们就是不如你意。而且，很多时候，什么都可能发生，什么都会发生。但是，人们正是在这样的低迷时期获得成长和进步。这就是你的努力获得回报的时候。

See anybody can feel good when they have their health. Their bills are paid. And they have happy relationships. Anybody can be positive then. Anybody can have alarger vision then. Anybody can have faith under those kind of circumstances. 

你看，如果拥有健康，任何人都会感到愉快。没有债务负担，感情也很和谐，那么任何人都会积极向上，任何人都能眼界开阔。在这样的情况下，任何人都会拥有信念。

See, what the real challenge, the real challenge of growth mentally, emotionally and spiritually comes when you get knocked down. That some of you in your life, the reason why you're not blowing up, the reason why you're not successful: you've not learned from the past. 

你看，真正的挑战是什么？当你被打倒的时候，真正的心理上、情感上、精神上的挑战就会袭来。对于你们有的人而言，你没能进取、没能成功，是因为你没有从过去吸取经验。

You think just because this opportunity is for you. And not every opportunity is for you. All of us have experienced some tragedy. If we haven't, we will. And you can let it destroy your life. Or you can build upon it. You can commit to let you hold you down. Or you can decide I'm not going to let that happen to me. I'm bigger than this. 

你理所当然地认为这机会就是专属于你的。然而并非如此，并不是每个机会都是为你准备的。我们所有人都曾经历很糟糕的事。就算我们还没有经历过，日后迟早也是会遇到的。你可以就这样让它摧毁你的生活，你也可以借此成长。你可以妥协，让它把你打倒，你也可以果敢地说，我不会让它打倒我，我比它强多了！
