Warm-up Question: How many times a day do you think is OK to use the bathroom?
Our bodies tell us about our health. To see this,check your urine color in the toilet.
● Light yellow urine is healthy.
● If your urine’s colorless, you’re drinking too much water. If you have dark yellow urine, drink more water.
● Some kinds of medicine or food can turn your urine a different color. This may be the case with orange, green, or blue urine.
● Pink or red urine could happen after you eat foods like beets or dragon fruit. However, it could also be blood, and your health could be in danger.
● If your urine looks cloudy, see a doctor. Also do this if it hurts when you *pass urine.
